QUANTICO, VIRGINIA: Brazilian psychic Athos Salome, often called the 'Living Nostradamus,' has raised alarm about a recent secretive gathering of US military leaders. He believes the meeting was held by US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Salome also suggested that this meeting could mark the beginning of a 'new silent war' and significantly affect global power dynamics.

More than 800 generals and admirals from multiple countries reportedly attended, and President Donald Trump was also present.

Athos Salome warns secret Pentagon meeting may signal silent war

According to the Express UK, Athos Salome said the assembly was organized by US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth at the Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia.

The Pentagon has not released details, leaving analysts to speculate about the purpose and potential consequences of the meeting. Salome suggested that the gathering may have been more than a routine briefing.

Observers noted that the scale and secrecy of the meeting point to careful strategic planning. In his view, the session could indicate larger shifts in military power and global positioning.

As he described it, “What looks like a simple meeting may actually be a rehearsal for a reconfiguration of power.” He further emphasized the potential risks such gatherings pose to democratic oversight.

According to him, “This always poses risks to democracy. The signs point to a new silent war, where military presence can be reinforced without the population being automatically alerted.”

Salome also highlighted that the meeting hinted at broader military adjustments. He explained that it points to a “drastic change in doctrine,” especially regarding the “repositioning of forces in key regions such as the Middle East and Asia.”

“Extraordinary meetings like this signal profound ruptures, whether in the balance between civilians and military or in the redefinition of American global strategy,” Salome added.

The meeting centered on the administration’s emphasis on physical standards for military personnel.

Reports indicate that Pete Hegseth praised strict fitness requirements that could restrict women from combat roles. He also offered strong criticism of what he called “absolutely unacceptable ... fat generals.”

The choice of Quantico as the venue is also significant. The base is closely associated with special operations and intelligence work, suggesting that topics such as cybersecurity or next-generation weapons were likely discussed.

“This suggests a sensitive agenda, possibly involving cyber security or new generation weapons,” Salome speculated.

“High-level military decisions are usually planned months in advance. The rush reveals strategic urgency or crisis,” he added.

“When you put hundreds of officers in one place, the message is not only internal,” he said. “It is also a message to rival powers that the US is ready to act as a bloc in the face of any threat.”

Looking forward, he believes the next three months could reveal the meeting’s true impact. “The world (could) enter a phase in which decisions made behind closed doors in Washington will have immediate repercussions across the globe,” he said.

He added that “what begins as a mysterious meeting may translate into new alliances, unexpected cuts, and even changes in the balance of the world order.”
