WASHINGTON, DC: Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga) announced her engagement in a social media post, sharing the news publicly and drawing reactions from supporters and critics alike.

The Georgia congresswoman revealed that she is engaged to her longtime partner, MAGA reporter Brian Glenn, marking a personal milestone that quickly gained attention online and in political media circles.

In posts on X on Monday evening, the pair showcased Greene's engagement ring with a beaming photo from a favorite restaurant.

"She said yes," said Glenn, tagging in the Georgia representative.

"Happily ever after!!! I love you @brianglenntv!!!" Greene responded.

Within hours, the announcement drew thousands of reactions, reflecting Greene’s high public profile and the attention her personal life often receives.

Conservative talk show host Megyn Kelly chimed in to congratulate the happy couple, saying, "This is great!" Best wishes."

Ever‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ since President Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, Brian Glenn has been in the limelight with his loud and consistent support as one of the president's most extreme supporters outside the federal payroll.

As a result, he has been given access to an unprecedented extent as a reward for his ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌loyalty.

"We love you, Brian," Donald Trump told him during a press conference earlier this month. "Oh, I love you too, Mr President," Glenn responded.

First impressions and ‘stunning’ blue eyes

Greene‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ made the first impression on Glenn at a Trump rally in 2022, as per a recent profile by The Washington Post. "She was, like, mystical, like a unicorn or something like that, you know?" Glenn stated.

According to him, her rich Georgian accent, her ‘stunning’ blue eyes, and her "extremely kind, almost angelic soul" were the things that attracted him to her at first.

They were into shooting firearms, working out, and listening to rock bands like Nickelback and Papa ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌Roach.

The pair began publicly dating in early 2023, not long after initiating divorce proceedings against their previous spouses.

"Brian is my best friend, loyal, fun, and by my side no matter what,” the congresswoman said, according to her boyfriend. “I love him dearly and want every adventure to be with him," said Greene.
