WASHINGTON, DC: Mark Cuban has asserted his support for President Joe Biden despite calling the Democratic nominee’s and former President Donald Trump's debate performance “awful.”

Following the rough debate hosted by CNN on Thursday night, June 27, in Atlanta, the billionaire claimed he would still support a candidate from the Democratic party, regardless of whether it is Biden or a potential replacement.

Mark Cuban says Donald Trump is ‘incapable of telling the truth’

On Friday morning, June 28, Mark Cuban took to X (formerly Twitter) to comment on the presidential debate as he described Joe Biden as "Feeble, Capable and Ethical" and Donald Trump as "Vigorous, Unethical and Incapable of telling the truth."

Despite his criticism, the ‘Shark Tank’ star claimed he would "vote ethical every time."

Mark Cuban reveals why Americans must be scared about Donald Trump’s reelection

Speaking about Donald Trump’s debate performance, Mark Cuban said, "There is no way you could listen to Donald last night and come away feeling confident that Trump has the ability to go deeper than his practiced soundbites."

"He repeated himself often and never directly answered the moderator's questions," Cuban continued.

"His non-answers about J6 and election acceptance should scare every American about his interest in upholding his oath to the constitution,” he added.

After repeated questioning, Trump eventually stated that he would accept the 2024 election outcome if it’s “a fair and legal and good election."

The 78-year-old politician has consistently spread conspiracy theories about the 2020 presidential election results as he claimed that it was stolen despite the absence of any evidence of voter fraud, according to Newsweek.

Mark Cuban says he is confident Joe Biden is capable of the presidency

Expressing confidence in Joe Biden’s capability for the presidency, Mark Cuban said the president’s three-plus years in office "gives me confidence that in the normal duties of the Presidency, he can hold his own and do the job."

However, he noted that "this election is not about policies. It's about soundbites, social media and who delivers them better and the algorithms that deliver them to voters."

"Trump is far better than Biden at soundbites and marketing," said Cuban who claimed that he is "open to the discussion to replace Biden and/or [Vice President Kamala] Harris."

"But if that doesn't happen, I'm still voting for Biden, the ethical candidate who unquestionably stands by his oath and puts country over self-interest," he concluded the X post.
