WASHINGTON, DC: Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) fired back at Kamala Harris on Wednesday after the vice president referenced reports claiming former President Donald Trump praised Adolf Hitler’s generals.

In a brief speech, Harris stated that the GOP nominee allegedly wanted "the kind of generals Hitler had," using the remark to emphasize what she views as the former president's perilous leadership style.

"He wants a military who will be loyal to him personally, one that will obey his orders even when he tells them to break the law or abandon their oath to the Constitution of the United States," Kamla Harris said.

The vice president described Trump’s reference to Hitler as "deeply troubling and incredibly dangerous," emphasizing that he invoked the name of the man responsible for the deaths of six million Jews and hundreds of thousands of Americans.

Marjorie Taylor Greene fires back at Kamala Harris, accusing her of spreading lies

Marjorie Taylor Greene wasted no time responding, taking to X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, October 23, to accuse Kamala Harris of spreading lies.

"Vice President Kamala Harris is desperate, dangerous, and lying about President Trump," Greene tweeted from her official account. "Kamala Harris just compared him to Hitler." She continued with a more alarming assertion: "She is going to get him killed."

The heated exchange between Greene and Harris has swiftly intensified controversy as scrutiny continues over Trump's past comments and his political allies.

Online support grows for MTG after her accusations against Kamala Harris

People on the internet rallied behind Marjorie Taylor Greene after she took to X to accuse Vice President Kamala Harris of lying about Donald Trump.

"Desperation is setting in. Kamala knows if something doesn't change fast she is going to lose," tweeted a user.

"This is downright revolting. This administration is showing just how depraved it really is," said another.

"Be forewarned, the democrats are about to get seriously dangerous," tweeted a user.

"She needs to be thrown in prison," claimed another.

"She just declared war on Trump and all of his supporters," read a tweet.

"That's their plan, if anyone believes they had no involvement in the last 2 attempts they're insane. These people are soulless monsters, they make the devil himself blush," penned another user.
