LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt have reportedly decided to go their separate ways just months after welcoming their first child together.

It has been said that the trouble in their paradise began after the two became parents to their first child, Scottie Rose, in December 2025.

The Sun, citing a tipster, revealed that the comedian’s busy schedule led to the cracks in their bond and eventual breakup.

The source shared, “Pete has been traveling so much for work, but Elsie was craving more support from him at home after their daughter was born. It was very hard for him because, obviously, he had to work to make money.”

Another insider has claimed that both Davidson and the 30-year-old model “are just focusing 100% on Scottie. Working out the best co-parenting solution is their top priority.”

The 32-year-old actor has lately been quite busy with his work as he attended his ‘Netflix Is a Joke’ special in Los Angeles on May 9. He was also working on the occasion of Mother’s Day on May 10, as he was part of ‘The Roast of Kevin Hart’, seemingly leaving Hewitt all alone at home with the baby.

The new mother had talked about the struggles of caring for a baby in an Instagram Story on May 14. In the social media post, she shared a photo of herself getting overwhelmed with parenting duties.

“When you finally get screaming baby down for a nap, and you exhale and sit with yourself for a sec and realize you haven’t breathed for an hour or peed all day. The silence is deafening,” she wrote over her picture.

This came after it was reported that the ‘Saturday Night Live’ alum and Hewitt were struggling in their relationship while the latter was in the early stages of her pregnancy.

At the time, a tipster said, “It’s getting out of control. They’ve even started secretly recording each other.”
