Pete Davidson says he still has 'a lot of love' for Kim Kardashian years after their breakup
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Pete Davidson is no longer with Kim Kardashian, but he remains respectful toward her even after so many years. During an interview, the comedian-actor shared that he has a lot of 'love' and respect for Kardashian.
Davidson then joked that he is one of the "few and proud" survivors who have dated Kardashians. He said, “We’re like the Marines.” Well, the former couple may have gone their separate ways, but it seems there are no bitter feelings, at least from Davidson’s side.
For those unaware, Kardashian and Davidson were in a nine-month relationship from October 2021 to August 2022.

Davidson joked that dating a Kardashian takes a lot of bravery, saying, “Look, man, that’s a really tough atmosphere if you’re not game.” During an interview with Variety, Davidson shared, “One of the things I love about Kim and that whole family is they’re like, ‘This is what we do.’ I found that very attractive and mature.”
The comedian said that he and Kardashian remain on good terms. “I have a lot of love for her, and I knew what I was getting into.” Davidson also explained that Kardashian was respectful of his boundaries throughout their relationship. “And I was never subjected to anything I didn’t want to be a part of."
Pete Davidson says Kim Kardashian was always “super respectful” about the way he was portrayed on reality TV while they were dating, but the lifestyle eventually became “a little too much”: “I’m one of the survivors — the few and the proud. We’re like the Marines,” he jokes of men who’ve dated Kardashians. “Look, man, that’s a really tough atmosphere if you’re not game. One of the things I love about Kim and that whole family is they’re like, ‘This is what we do.’ I found that very attractive and mature. And I was never subjected to anything I didn’t want to be a part of. She was super respectful of all of it, but the craze of that lifestyle — being followed everywhere, having security and looking over your shoulder — for a guy with mental stuff, and at the time drug problems, was a little too much for me. But we’re cool, and I have a lot of love for her, and I knew what I was getting into.” https://t.co/SEnsT0Iggp

Inside Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian’s relationship from 'SNL' kiss to split
Davidson met Kardashian on 'Saturday Night Live'. They shared a kiss while playing Aladdin and Jasmine in a Disney-themed sketch in October 2021 and started dating soon after. The couple dated for several months before saying goodbye to each other in August 2022. Their split came amid busy schedules and social media hits from Kardashian’s ex-husband, Ye aka Kanye West.
At the time, Davidson shared, “What people don’t understand about that dude and I’m not one-one-millionth as talented or influential or powerful as that dude.”
He added, “But I have dealt with a fraction of what he’s had to deal with public-wise, is that’ll do it. He’s also lost a parent and has mental stuff, and I don’t know how he deals with it or who he has around him. Probably a lot of people who want to be his friend. I’ve had that.”
