She explained: “Harry doesn’t just talk about his childhood memories, he acts them out, going into a childlike state with his body language to express his excitement at the time, but then falls into a more nostalgic and sad mood when reflecting on those memories as an adult.”

“As he talks about the rides, his shoulders rise along with his eyebrows in a childlike expression of excitement,” she added.
James also noted: “When he talks about ‘losing it,’ he looks upward too, mimicking the small child he once was, wide-eyed with wonder at all the magical rides. He even gasps a few times.”
“But when he tells the interviewer he ‘went there with my mom and my brother,’ his eyes drop in an eye-dart, reflecting on those two people, and his facial expression turns sadder,” she continued.
Prince Harry reflects on his children's Disneyland experience
Prince Harry and Meghan shared memories of their children at Disneyland and how they spent their daughter Lilibet’s fourth birthday there.
“To see the kids throw themselves into these experiences when they have no idea what they’re walking into, it was amazing,” Harry said in the documentary special. “It brings out the kid in you again.”

Meghan also shared an Instagram reel showing her husband Harry with their two children, Archie and Lilibet, enjoying a fun-filled time together.
