WASHINGTON, DC: Rep Robert Garcia (D-CA) says Congress is set to receive new records from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, including a 2003 birthday album allegedly featuring a note sent by President Donald Trump.
Speaking Friday, August 29, on MSNBC’s 'All In', Garcia said the estate has agreed to turn over Epstein’s book, long rumored to contain personal inscriptions and messages from high-profile figures, as well as other previously unseen documents that could shed new light on the late financier’s powerful connections.

Epstein estate to provide several unreleased records, says Rep Robert Garcia
Speaking to host Chris Hayes, Garcia disclosed that the files will arrive on September 8. “I’ll just say, one other piece of news that actually just developed in the last couple hours is we finally got word from the Epstein estate. They’re gonna be providing the actual Epstein book, that famous book where that note that Donald Trump drew and doodled to Jeffrey Epstein, his so-called best friend of 10 to 15 years,” Garcia said.

“The estate is actually going to actually now get us that book and a bunch of other documents that they have that’s actually not been reported yet. Reporting here for the first time. We’re gonna get those documents as we understand it now on September the 8th. And so that will continue our investigation,” Garcia added.
“And again, we ask the question, where are the rest of the documents? What is Pam Bondi hiding? What is Donald Trump hiding? And the cover-up? Let’s get to the truth.”
Internet clashes over Epstein birthday book
Online users reacted sharply to reports that Jeffrey Epstein’s estate may release a birthday album linked to Donald Trump, with many dismissing it as fake or politically motivated.
“It’s taking a while because they need time to forge them and age the paper,” one said.

“Sure. Proof or it didn't happen. If there is writing in the book, who is in charge of the autopen? Trump was not his friend. He flew on the plane a few times to discuss real estate deals. President Trump wrote anything in this book, we would already know about it,” one commenter argued.

“The Epstein estate is working hand-in-hand with Democrats to attack Trump. Not one word about who Epstein actually flew around the globe. Amazing how the ‘client list’ never makes it to primetime,” another wrote.

Trump denies writing birthday note, sues Wall Street Journal
Donald Trump has filed a defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal following its July report that alleged he sent Jeffrey Epstein a provocative birthday greeting in 2003.
The Journal reported that the note, featuring a sketch of a nude woman and the words “Happy Birthday- and may every day be another wonderful secret,” was included in a commemorative book compiled by Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

Trump has vehemently denied writing or sending the message, calling the article “a malicious lie” designed to damage his reputation.
His legal team argues the publication knowingly relied on unverified information to link him to Epstein, who died in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges.
DOJ refusal to release Epstein files stirs speculation
The controversy intensified when the Department of Justice announced it would not release its files on Epstein or any alleged client list. The decision angered Trump supporters, who had long believed he might use his presidency to expose other powerful figures tied to Epstein.

In February, Attorney General Pam Bondi claimed Epstein’s client list was “sitting on her desk,” but she later insisted “there is no such list.”
Trump’s alleged birthday note appeared in a book compiled by Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year sentence.

Earlier this month, the Trump administration transferred Maxwell to a lower-security facility after she answered questions from Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.
