RFK Jr shares photos from son Conor and Giulia Be’s lavish 3-day wedding in Rio de Janeiro
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL: Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr has shared photos from his son Conor Kennedy's lavish three-day wedding to Brazilian pop star Giulia Be.
The celebrations took place from October 8 to 10, with a cathedral ceremony, family gatherings and a special blessing at Rio's Christ the Redeemer statue.

Robert F Kennedy Jr offered a glimpse of the celebrations by sharing photos of the newlyweds and their families.
The wedding brought together hundreds of guests, including the HHS secretary, his wife Cheryl Hines and members of the extended Kennedy family. However, the full guest list has not been made public.
One of the pictures shows Conor, 32, kissing his bride, 27, as their family members watch. Other photos feature RFK Jr and Hines inside the cathedral, along with the wedding party dressed up for pre-wedding pictures.
Sharing a group photo, RFK Jr wrote, "Conor and Giulia's wedding in Rio. Group photo from left: Bobby, Vanni, Bobcat, Kick, Amaryllis, Cheryl, Conor, Giulia, Me, Finn, Cat, Aidan, Kyra."
The pictures offered a rare look at the family gathering, with the celebrations taking place in Giulia's home country of Brazil.
Conor and Giulia got engaged in August 2024 and married on October 10 at Nossa Senhora do Carmo da Antiga Se, a cathedral in Rio de Janeiro. Their wedding festivities extended beyond the ceremony, with several events planned across the three days.

The couple's celebrations included a gathering at a mansion at Instituto Brando Barbosa, near Rio's botanical gardens. They also received a blessing at the famous Christ the Redeemer statue, adding a memorable stop to their wedding festivities.
Giulia, whose full name is Giulia Bourguignon Marinho, had been clear that she wanted the wedding to take place in Brazil rather than Massachusetts, where Conor is based professionally.
Speaking to Brazilian outlet Globo earlier this year, she explained why celebrating in her home country mattered to her.
"This was one of the first things I said to him, 'My love, I love you, but I'm not getting married in Massachusetts,'" Giulia said.
She added that the wedding was an opportunity to bring Conor's friends and family to Brazil and give them a chance to experience the country. "It's the only chance to bring all of his friends and all of his family to Brazil, and I wanted to show them a good time," she said.
Giulia also made several outfit changes during the celebrations, wearing five dresses in total. These included two designs by Harris Reed, one for the wedding and another for the after-party.
Conor is the son of Robert F Kennedy Jr and his late wife, Mary Richardson Kennedy. He works as an associate attorney at the Wisner Baum law firm in Los Angeles.
His bride, Giulia Be, is a Brazilian pop star and the daughter of businessman and politician Paulo Marinho. Her father was a former ally of Jair Bolsonaro, adding a political connection to the families' backgrounds.
RFK Jr's family celebration draws attention amid his HHS role
The wedding also comes as RFK Jr faces scrutiny over health issues in the United States.
Most recently, questions have been raised about whether his anti-vaccination policies stalled the Agriculture Department's plan to stop the spread of avian flu.
His appearance at the wedding in Brazil offered a personal moment away from his responsibilities as health secretary.
The photos also highlighted a contrast with President Donald Trump, RFK Jr's boss, who did not attend his son Donald Trump Jr's wedding to Bettina Anderson earlier this summer.
