LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rory Culkin revealed the simple life advice he received from his older brothers, Macaulay and Kieran Culkin, at the New York City premiere of his Apple TV series 'Nocturne' on Tuesday, October 20.
The 37-year-old actor discussed his relationship with his brothers, their approach to work and fatherhood, and his experience as a new dad after welcoming his daughter, Havoc Moon, with his partner, Kate Arizmendi.

Rory Culkin shares life advice from brothers Macaulay and Kieran
During his conversation with PEOPLE at the 'Nocturne' premiere, Rory revealed that he and his brothers do not regularly discuss their professional lives or experiences as fathers. However, Macaulay, 46, and Kieran, 44, offered him a straightforward piece of advice about navigating his acting career.
“Their advice was like, You’ll figure it out. Everyone does, you know? So, you know, just don’t worry,” he shared.
All three brothers began their acting careers as children. Macaulay rose to fame in the early 1990s for portraying Kevin McCallister in the 'Home Alone' movies. Kieran also appeared in the films, playing Kevin's cousin, Fuller McCallister.

Rory made his film debut in 1994's 'Richie Rich', playing a younger version of Macaulay's titular character.
The brothers later joined their siblings for a shared acting project. Macaulay, Kieran and Rory, alongside Christian Culkin, 50, and Shane Culkin, 48, worked together for the first time in episode six of the Prime Video animated series 'The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy' in February 2024.
The five brothers are the children of Kit Culkin and Patricia Brentrup. Their siblings include sister Quinn Culkin, 41, half-sister Jennifer Adamson, 56, and Dakota “Cody” Culkin, who died at 29 in 2008 after being struck by a car in Los Angeles.

Rory Culkin opens up about fatherhood after welcoming daughter
At the 'Nocturne' premiere, Rory also discussed becoming a father with his partner, Kate Arizmendi. The couple welcomed their daughter, Havoc Moon, on May 23.
Rory described his experience with fatherhood as “lovely” so far, adding that becoming a parent had brought him considerable happiness despite the challenges involved.
“Really such a pleasure,” he added. “Everyone was telling me how difficult it is, and it is, but that’s outweighed so much by the love.”
Rory recently spoke about how becoming a father had allowed him to reclaim a special position within his large family.
Rory Culkin jokes about reclaiming the youngest Culkin title
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight this month, Rory reflected on previously being the youngest member of the Culkin family before his older brothers began having children.
“I was always kind of mad because I’ve always been the youngest Culkin — until they started having kids,” he told the publication. “But now I have the youngest Culkin, so I reclaim the throne.”
With the arrival of his daughter, Rory has embraced a new chapter of fatherhood while reflecting on his place among his siblings and their growing families.
