MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Rudy Giuliani's son, Andrew Giuliani, gave him the silent treatment over his alleged relationship with a married woman, which led to his friends calling the former New York City mayor "crazy," according to a new report.

A transcript of a secret recording of Giuliani discussing tense family matters was disclosed by Newsweek on Tuesday, June 25, after it had made its way into New York court filings.

In the recording, the former Donald Trump attorney was heard saying, "All my friends think I'm crazy. My son doesn't talk to me anymore."

Rudy Giuliani's secret audio recording released as a part of former employee Noelle Dunphy's $10 million sexual harassment lawsuit

In the iPhone recording made by his former employee Noelle Dunphy on December 19, 2019, Rudy was seemingly referring to Maria Ryan, his podcast co-host, with whom he denies having an affair.

Dunphy is suing the former mayor for $10 million over sexual harassment, according to Raw Story.

The recording transcript depicts Rudy talking to Dunphy about his son Andrew's thoughts on the upcoming Christmas plans involving Maria and her husband.

Rudy told Dunphy that his son warned him that he would never speak to him again if he spent Christmas with the Ryans

He mentioned, "This is the second Thanksgiving we did this. He [Andrew] said, 'If you do it at Christmas I'm never going to talk to you again.'"

"Andrew thinks he's crazy," said Giuliani about Maria’s husband, Bob Ryan, adding, "He said, 'Someday he's going to kill you.'"

Subsequently, the former mayor can be heard saying, "She loves me, but she can't leave her family," even though he disputes having an intimate relationship with his podcast co-host and business partner.

Maria has also denied being involved in a relationship with Rudy, claiming, "I am not his girlfriend. I consider him one of my best friends."

In the recordings, Rudy said Maria told him, "If we get married, could Bob live—could Bob live with us? You seem—the two of you seem to get along so well."

Then, Rudy remarked, "You know, it's true," before telling Dunphy, "But this is the weirdest f*****g thing. We've had this, like, affair for two years and I'm friendly with her husband. Can't even figure it out."

Internet mocks Rudy Giuliani as secret audio recording reveals his son Andrew didn't speak to him over his alleged relationship with Maria Ryan

Netizens were quick to ridicule Rudy after the secret recording of him discussing tense family matters with Dunphy came to light.

One wrote, "Andrew is right to do so," and another remarked, "Those friends, and his son, are correct, but they left out corrupt, depraved and desperate."

"Time to wake up, Rudy. Make right before you are gone," advised a person, while someone else added, "Happens to cult followers often," possibly referring to his association with Trump.

One individual declared, "Everyone thinks you’re crazy," and another person echoed, "If everyone around you thinks you’re crazy…..maybe you are."
