Ryan Routh's daughter curses in front of jury after guilty verdict despite overwhelming evidence

FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA: Sara Routh, the daughter of 59-year-old Ryan Routh, convicted on Tuesday of attempting to kill President Donald Trump during his 2024 campaign, unleashed a furious outburst in court cursing at jurors and the press before storming out of the courtroom in anger.
Sara Routh stood up in front of the jury moments after the verdict was read, shouting: “Don’t do anything. I will get you out. What the f***. f***. He didn’t hurt anybody. This is not fair. This is all rigged, you guys are a***.”
She stormed out of the courtroom, cursing at reporters and demanding they “get the f*** out of my face.”

Daughter's fury after Ryan Routh attempts self-harm
The chaos erupted after Ryan Routh was found guilty on all counts, including attempting to kill a presidential candidate, assaulting a federal officer, and multiple firearms violations.
Immediately after the verdict, Routh, who represented himself at trial, grabbed a pen and tried to stab himself in the neck several times. Four US Marshals wrestled him to the ground and restrained him before escorting him out.The convictions carry a potential life sentence.

Sara Routh's anger spills outside courtroom
She along with her brother waited outside the court to catch a glimpse of her father. As Routh was placed into a black SUV outside the courthouse, Sara ran after the vehicle, shouting “I love you” repeatedly.
With her brother Adam at her side, she continued berating the press. When one reporter asked if her father was okay, she lashed out: “He’d better be or everybody’s f**** dead … You can all go to hell. It’s all y’all’s fault. F***ing lies. Spreading lies about my f***ing father.”
Adam, who remained calm during the confrontation, urged his sister into their car and asked reporters to move aside before driving them away.
Trump reacts to the verdict

President Trump welcomed the guilty verdict against Ryan Routh with a Truth Social post.
He called the verdict "A very big moment for JUSTICE IN AMERICA!"
He further wrote: "Congratulations to Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, and the entire DOJ team on the conviction, in Florida, of the person who attempted an assassination on my life."
"The trial was meticulously handled, and I would like to thank the Judge and Jury for their time, professionalism, and patience. This was an evil man with an evil intention, and they caught him."

Routh will be sentenced on December 18 and is facing up to life in prison.
Routh pleaded not guilty and decided to defend himself during the trial, which began on September 8 and played out at the federal courthouse in Fort Pierce, Florida.
