Selena Gomez says Taylor Swift is the friend she can turn to for marriage advice
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the fourth annual Rare Impact Fund Benefit in Los Angeles on Wednesday, October 14, Gomez was asked whether she had given Swift any marriage advice after celebrating her own first wedding anniversary.
The 'Only Murders in the Building' star had a sweet response, saying, “I don't need to! I think she's probably the best to give me that.” Gomez, 34, also shared how much she loves that she and Swift are now both married. Gomez tied the knot with music producer Benny Blanco in September 2025, while Swift married NFL star Travis Kelce on July 3, 2026.

The two friends were part of each other's big days, making their weddings another special milestone in their nearly two-decade friendship. Swift attended Gomez and Blanco's wedding in California, where she wore a sparkling floral dress by Oscar de la Renta. She also supported Gomez before the ceremony and reportedly gave a speech at the reception alongside Ed Sheeran.
Gomez later shared a behind-the-scenes video of Swift reacting to her bridal look while she got ready. In an October Instagram post, Gomez expressed how grateful she was to have her friend by her side after all these years.
“blessed to have you by my side almost 20 years later,” she wrote, adding, “I love you @taylorswift forever and always.”
