The ‘Prince of Darkness’ died at the age of 76 on July 22, 2025. One year later, Sharon and daughter Kelly Osbourne paid emotional tributes, recalling his humor, honesty, and the lasting impact he continues to have on their lives.

"As Ozzy would say, 'when you want to remember me, just yank up the music really loud, as loud as you can get it, and just head bang,'" she said.

The TV personality went on to call the co-founder of Black Sabbath “authentic," who "never tried to be anything other than what he was, and he would tell you the truth about everything and that was him, you knew where you were with him."

"He was just genuine, so genuine and funny. I mean we could have the worst arguments in the world but we would end up laughing because he would say something so ridiculous that we would just crack up," Sharon recalled.

The move was slammed by many, but Sharon and their son Jack defended it by saying, "Here's the thing, it's gonna be so tasteful what we're doing. It's not gonna be lame."

"It's really complex what we're doing. This isn't just like hooking up an image of my dad to ChatGPT. This is some high-level technology that we're gonna be working with, and it's gonna feel very real, and it's kind of wild how it will be utilized," he added.
