TWIN FALLS, IDAHO:An armed bystander is drawing attention after footage from the deadly shooting at an In-N-Out restaurant in Twin Falls, Idaho, showed the moments when the civilian confronted the gunman.

The shooting took place on Saturday, August 1, when a suspect armed with an AR-style rifle allegedly opened fire at the restaurant, killing three people and injuring seven others before being found dead near the scene.

Amid the chaos, witness Lane Koehn said an armed civilian confronted the gunman with a handgun.
