WASHINGTON, DC: Karoline Leavitt, the 27-year-old White House press secretary under Donald Trump’s second administration, is no stranger to political headlines, but this time, it's her appearance that has sparked debate across social media.

Since rising to national prominence, online sleuths and cosmetic surgery watchers have speculated that Leavitt may have undergone several aesthetic procedures, including a rhinoplasty, lip fillers, and Botox.

Plastic surgeon suggests rumors of Karoline Leavitt’s possible nose job might be true

Even before Karoline Leavitt officially became the White House press secretary, an X (formerly Twitter) user claimed she may have undergone multiple cosmetic enhancements, pointing out changes in her nose, lips, and facial expressions. They wrote, “She seems to have gotten a nose job, plumped lips, and Botoxed all of the expression out of her face.”

Now, a board-certified plastic surgeon has weighed in on the rumors, and his expert analysis leans toward confirmation.

Dr Frederick Weniger, a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Hilton Head, South Carolina, told Nicki Swift that Leavitt’s nasal profile shows telltale signs of surgical refinement.

“The comparison suggests a notable change in nasal contour, particularly in the definition of the bridge and tip,” he explained.

“The earlier image shows a slightly broader nasal bridge and rounder tip,” he added. “To me, the earlier image shows a slightly broader nasal bridge and rounder tip, while the more recent appearance reflects a slimmer bridge and a more refined, elevated tip, characteristics consistent with subtle rhinoplasty.”

Dr Weniger did acknowledge that factors like lighting, angles, and makeup can sometimes alter how a nose appears in photos. However, in this case, he believes the transformation goes beyond those explanations. “The perfect contour lines and angles of her current nose suggest a very well-executed rhinoplasty,” he mentioned.

According to Dr Frederick Weniger, Karoline Leavitt’s rumored nose job likely didn’t come cheap.

“The cost of that procedure alone typically ranges from $15,000 to $50,000, depending on the complexity of the surgery and the surgeon's credentials,” Weniger explained, noting that prices can vary significantly depending on the surgeon's reputation and the location of the clinic.

Dr Weniger went beyond the nose, citing multiple facial features that suggest more than one type of enhancement. He pointed to Leavitt’s noticeably smoother skin, fuller lips, and more refined jawline characteristics that could be the result of dermal fillers or non-invasive treatments like skin resurfacing.

“Cosmetic procedures performed in major metropolitan areas such as New York, Los Angeles, or Miami tend to be significantly more expensive than those in smaller markets,” Weniger added. “Her lips, in particular, appear considerably fuller in more recent photos.”

Dr Weniger also suspects that Leavitt may have undergone additional cosmetic enhancements that didn’t require surgery. “The overall facial refinement, including a potentially more sculpted jawline and smoother skin tone, may also indicate non-surgical enhancements such as dermal fillers or skin resurfacing treatments,” he said.
