'Thank you for speaking out': Tucker Carlson splits Internet as he tells Trump Jr Capitol rioters were 'pure-hearted' and 'naive'

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY: In a recent interview with Donald Trump Jr, Tucker Carlson described the January 6th Capitol rioters as "pure-hearted" Americans.

The interview, which took place on Carlson's new platform, also covered the former president's recent conviction in a Manhattan courtroom, where he was found guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records related to hush money payments to Stormy Daniels.

In his interview with Carlson, Don Jr criticized rank-and-file FBI agents, urging them to oppose DOJ leadership for what he termed the "bastardization of justice."

Carlson continued by criticizing law enforcement and media personalities who have described the January 6th rioters as "insurrectionists."

Carlson network's official page shared the clip on platform X (previously known as Twitter) with a caption, “It's almost like you get kidnapped and the kidnapper has a mask on but once he shows you his face he’s got to kill you.”

It further read, "This verdict won’t stop Donald Trump. So what’s the next step? @DonaldJTrumpJr and @TuckerCarlson discuss"

In the clip, Trucker Carlson was heardx saying, "I know that Joe Scarborough and the rest of the liars present to those people as like insurrectionist and dangerous."

He went on to say, "They were actually the most pure hearted and the most naive about the, I mean, they were, they were literally walking with pocket constitution saying no, you, you can't do this."

"They believed in the system much more than the people who put them in prison who don't believe in it at all," he concluded.



 

Internet thanked Trucker Carlson for 'speaking out loud'

As soon as the video went viral on the platform, users started reacting to it. One wrote, "Thank you for speaking out loud what we all know to be true!"



 

Another user cheered saying, "Let the whistle blower blow."



 

The third commentator went on to say, "I believed in our country also. My eyes are wide open now. But I have hope, because of Trump. I’m still shocked at times by what the radical democrats get away with. The lies they spew. They accuse exactly what they are doing. Praying for peace!"

On the other hand people questioned, "HOW MUCH MORE DAMAGE WILL THIS ILLEGITIMATE DEMOCRAT COUP DO TO AMERICA BEFORE THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK AN OATH TO THE CONSTITUTION TO PROTECT AGAINST ALL ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC ACT???"



 

Other one added, "I can't help but think they are going put @realDonaldTrump in jail and then turn off the cameras for a Jefferey Epstein treatment."
