Tobey Maguire and ex-wife Jennifer Meyer officially declared divorced 10 years after split
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Tobey Maguire and ex-wife Jennifer Meyer have now been officially declared divorced, a decade after they went their separate ways.
The ‘Spider-Man’ actor and Meyer reportedly separated in 2016 almost 10 years after their 2007 wedding.

As per Page Six, the decision to declare them legally single was taken on September 21 but the judgement was officially filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, October 1.
“Judgment of dissolution is entered. Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated and the parties are restored to the status of single persons,” the court documents reportedly stated.
The documents further added, “The Court shall reserve jurisdiction to hear and determine all issues raised by the Petition and Response herein, other than dissolution of the parties’ marital status.”

The former pair share two children, Ruby Sweetheart, 19, and Otis Tobias, 17, together. Ruby was born in November 2006 and Otis was born in May 2009.
After their split, the pair had reportedly shared, “After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple. As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship.”
Jennifer Meyer opened up about getting pregnant at 49
After her split from Maguire, Meyer eventually moved on with Geoff Ogunlesi, the son of a Nigerian billionaire. She announced her engagement to Ogunlesi in 2024. The couple also welcomed a baby girl earlier this year.
Meyer previously opened up about being pregnant for the third time at the age of 49. “To get to be able to do it again at this point in my life with this person that I love so much, it was really cool. I really don't mean to sound lame or anything, but I'm feeling like I'm just having a fairytale experience in my [whole] life right now,” she told People.
“It's like all my wishes are coming true. And so I feel really grateful and lucky and just excited for all these new chapters,” Meyer added.
In June, she announced the birth of her daughter on Instagram, posting a photo of her fiance and their daughter. She wrote, “A perfect month with our perfect baby girl. We love you the most @geoffo212 Happy Father’s Day.”
In an interview, Meyer also reportedly reflected on the bond between Ogunlesi and her 51-year-old ex-husband, Maguire. Meyer claimed, “Geoff loves [Tobey], and he loves Geoff. And so everything just works.”
