Tobey Maguire officiates ex Jennifer Meyer’s wedding to Geoffrey Ogunlesi just weeks after divorce
LANAI CITY, HAWAII: Tobey Maguire is happy for his ex-wife, Jennifer Meyer, and showed his support by officiating her wedding to billionaire heir Geoffrey Ogunlesi on Saturday, October 10.
Photos show the 'Spider-Man' actor standing and sitting in the front row at the destination wedding as his ex-wife said “I do” to Ogunlesi. For those unaware, the former couple finalized their divorce on September 21 and officially went their separate ways.

Well, whoever said you can’t be friends with an ex should take a look at Maguire. The actor did more than just sit in the front row and officiate his ex-wife’s wedding. He was also seen looking happy as Meyer and Ogunlesi said “I do” at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii.
The wedding drew several A-list guests, including Courteney Cox and Rachel Zoe, Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos, and Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria Ceretti. Maguire and Meyer’s children, Otis, 17, and Ruby, 19, also took part in the ceremony.

Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer finalize divorce nearly 10 years after split
Maguire and Meyer officially became single on September 21, nearly 10 years after their separation. The former couple reportedly used a private judge to resolve issues related to their settlement. “Judgment of dissolution is entered. Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated, and the parties are restored to the status of single persons,” the document reads, according to PEOPLE.
According to the publication, the former couple said they decided to separate “after much soul searching and consideration.” They added, “As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship.”
In 2025, Meyer opened up about her positive relationship with Maguire on 'The Inside Edit' podcast. “I now have an ex-husband who is my best friend and would do anything for me, and I would do anything for him,” she said. “Anything in the world.”
She went on to describe Maguire as “the best dad, the best ex-husband, the best friend, the most generous.” Meyer also spoke about the relationship between her ex-husband and her now-husband, Ogunlesi, recalling how comfortable they were around each other.
“It was the greatest,” she said. “Every day I would walk in, and I’d be like, ‘I’m so lucky,’ and then I’d come home at night and Tobey and Geoff and his best friend would be watching a movie on the couch. I’d be like, ‘How? This is a dream.’”
