Tomi Lahren slams Karine Jean-Pierre for dodging questions about Biden's gaffe over meeting a dead leader
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre faced criticism from conservative commentator Tomi Lahren after evading a question regarding President Biden's recent gaffe, where he confused French President Emmanuel Macron with the late Francois Mitterrand.

Lahren shared a tweet expressing frustration, stating, "He's our damn president, go down the freaking rabbit hole!!!" The incident occurred during a campaign stop in Las Vegas, prompting Fox News' Peter Doocy to question how Biden can reassure concerned voters about his physical and mental health.
Jean-Pierre deflected the query, stating, "I'm not even going to go down that rabbit hole with you, sir."

Karine Jean-Pierre faces scrutiny over Biden's limited interviews
During the press conference, Jean-Pierre faced further inquiries about Biden's limited interviews compared to his predecessors.
"You saw the president in Vegas, in California. You’ve seen the president in South Carolina. You saw him in Michigan. I’ll just leave it there," Jean-Pierre said.
When questioned about the absence of a press conference during Biden's meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and no Super Bowl interview, Jean-Pierre emphasized the president's communication through "nontraditional ways."
"It just seems, again, like we’re in one of these instances where the president is not communicating with the press," the reporter said.
"Stay tuned. That is the answer for you," Jean-Pierre replied.
"The president will find many other ways to communicate with Americans, the millions of Americans out there," Jean-Pierre said. "And we will find those ways to do it, where we think the time is right, said Jean Pierre.
She defended the decision not to participate in a Super Bowl interview, citing the preference for enjoying the game and promising alternative means of reaching the American public.
DOOCY: “[Biden] told a story about recently talking to a French President who died in 1996…?”
