Tommy Lee Jones' daughter Victoria's arrests revisited following her sudden death at 34
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: Tommy Lee’s daughter, Victoria Jones, who met her untimely death on Thursday, January 1, due to a suspected overdose, had previous run-ins with the law.
As reported by Page Six on Friday, Victoria was arrested three times in 2025, including once in Napa County.
Victoria Jones previously pleaded not guilty to possession charges
As per the court records obtained by Page Six, Tommy Lee’s daughter, Victoria, had been in trouble with law enforcement multiple times.
In April 2025, she was arrested for “obstructing a peace officer” while being under the influence of a controlled substance. At the time, she was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. However, she pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Just a few months later, in June 2025, she was arrested for domestic battery and domestic violence. However, she also pleaded not guilty and was later released on bail.
The New York Post also reported that Victoria had been arrested in May 2025 in Santa Cruz County. However, her legal troubles were not limited to just this past year, as she was previously arrested for theft in San Antonio, Texas, in June 2011.
Dispatchers responded to a Code 3 alert
On Thursday, a guest staying at the Fairmont reached out to the staff when she found a female guest lying on the 14th floor.
The guest believed that the woman was passed out after consuming alcohol and was later identified as the 34-year-old daughter of Tommy Lee Jones.
According to audio obtained by TMZ, the emergency call was initially classified as a ‘code 3’, signaling a critical situation requiring immediate response with lights and sirens.
Dispatchers reportedly described the incident as a possible overdose accompanied by a noticeable change in skin color.
Moreover, the San Francisco Police Department also confirmed that officers had responded to the medical emergency and instructed bystanders to perform CPR on Jones.
Paramedics arrived within minutes, but resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful, and Jones was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her cause of death hasn’t been revealed yet; however, police also stated that there were no signs of physical trauma or foul play.
