NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former president Donald Trump is furious with podcaster Howard Stern over his recent interview with Vice President Kamala Harris, Mediaite reported on Wednesday, October 9.

According to the publication, Trump and Stern were once good friends, but the two have long drifted apart.

Stern did not subscribe to the GOP nominee's MAGA ideology, and stated in the past, "I don’t agree with Trump politically, I don’t think he should be anywhere near the White House. I don’t hate the guy. I hate the people who vote for him. I think they’re stupid."

During his Tuesday interview with Democratic nominee Harris, Stern asked, "If he (Trump) wins, God forbid, would you feel safe in this country? Would you stay in this country?”

“Howard, I’m doing everything I can to make sure he does not win,” Harris had replied.

Donald Trump unleashes tirade against Howard Stern

Donald Trump took to his Truth Social platform the same day to rant against Howard Stern, writing, "BETA MALE Howard Stern made a fool of himself on his low-rated radio show when he 'interviewed' Lyin’ Kamala Harris, and hit her with so many SOFTBALL questions that even she was embarrassed."

"He looked like a real fool, working so hard to make a totally incompetent and ill-equipped person look as good as possible, which wasn’t very good," he continued.

"I dropped Howard a long time ago, like most others, and have since been credited with very good judgment!"

The business tycoon held his grudge and called out Stern from a campaign rally in Pennsylvania the following day.

Trump was bashing the mainstream media in his address when he singled in on Stern, saying, "Howard Stern is a weak guy.. he’s weak... I know him very well, I used to think he was good but then I dropped him. I dropped him like a dog. And his ratings are very challenged."

Internet calls out Donald Trump for rant against Howard Stern

Netizens reacting to Donald Trump's attacks on Howard Stern on the social media platfrom X trolled him for his comments.

"He has to belittle literally everyone who doesn’t agree with him. This is so pathetic on so many levels!" wrote a user.

"Is there anyone he doesn't attack?" inquired another.

"He's so whiny, and boring and predictable. I can't wait for his time on the political stage to end," expressed a third.

"True alpha males don’t run around calling other men beta males. That’s just toxic chest thumping douchbaggery. You look emotionally weak and fragile," jibed a fourth.

"He is so fragile. What a child... All he does is kick and scream. Baby," echoed a fifth.

"This man and his outsized distain for canines is such a red flag," quipped yet another.
