OAKS, PENNSYLVANIA: GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump bragged on Truth Social that rallygoers fainted from "excitement and heat" after two separate medical emergencies derailed his town hall in Pennsylvania into an impromptu concert.

Trump stood on stage swaying to music for nearly 45 minutes. There was a medical emergency that required an attendee to be placed on a stretcher around 30 minutes into the event pausing the Q&A session, per ABC News.

Trump took to Truth Social on Tuesday, October 15, and wrote, "I had a Town Hall in Pennsylvania last night. It was amazing! The Q and A was almost finished when people began fainting from the excitement and heat. We started playing music while we waited, and just kept it going. So different, but it ended up being a GREAT EVENING!"

A few minutes after the first person fainted, another person followed that led to pausing the Q&A session once again. Trump then joked, "Would anybody else like to faint? Please raise your hand."

Campaign spokesman Steven Cheung also praised Trump and wrote on X after the event, "Total lovefest at the PA townhall! Everyone was so excited they were fainting so @realDonaldTrump turned to music. Nobody wanted to leave and wanted to hear more songs from the famous DJT Spotify playlist!"

Kamala Harris' camp took a jibe at Trump after his Town Hall 'music fest' and wrote on X, "Trump appears lost, confused, and frozen on stage as multiple songs play for 30+ minutes and the crowd pours out of the venue early."

After this post, VP Harris reshared it and wrote in the caption, "Hope he's okay." The comments by Harris and her campaign raise questions about Trump's fitness to serve, such as posting videos to social media of him giving rambling answers and labeling him 'delulu' (delusional), per Axios.
