In a video clip that circulated on X, previously known as Twitter, on Monday, August 5, the former president, aged 78, received a Rolex from Ross, OK Magazine reported.

“My boy said that’s such a big show. I don’t know what you’re doing but you really are respected," Trump mentioned, in reference to his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr, who appeared to have encouraged him to have a conversation with Ross.

The livestream featuring Trump could generate significant controversy. During the interview, Ross gifted Trump a Rolex watch.

“I have a friend who’s currently being treated very unfair by [District Attorney Willis]. He’s a rapper named Young Thug,” Ross referred to Williams' racketeering case involving the rapper. “I was just wondering if there’s a way that we could make sure he gets treated fair?”

Ross' question went unanswered by Trump, who only said, "He's gotta be treated fair."
