FALLS CHURCH, VIRGINIA: GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump found the Virginia Senate GOP candidate's unique name, Hung Cao, amusing and said 'he should get elected on this alone!'

Trump stopped at a Vietnamese restaurant in Falls Church after he attended a wreath-laying ceremony in Arlington, where he placed a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on the third anniversary of the Kabul Afghanistan airport attack, according to the Daily Mail.

Donald Trump said, "This is a great gentleman. I love his name: Hung Cao." Cao had arrived in the state by way of West Africa as a refugee in the wake of the Vietnam War.

He added, "I love that name. And that name alone can get you elected. It's really an honor to be with you."

Trump mostly sang praises for Cao, eventually spurring a chant of "U-S-A" during a speech that also saw Trump juxtapose the supposed laziness of Joe Biden with the hardworking nature of Vietnamese Americans.

Trump added, "I don't know what it is. You'll have to explain it. But the Vietnamese community loves me, and I love them." He spoke about Cao and said, "We think he's got a very good chance of winning for the Senate. And I really believe it. I hope your community gets out and really supports him, like 100 percent."

He went on to say, "Because you can win. You can win. Definitely win. And we're looking to win the state. And I think we will win the state."

After Trump's speech, Cao addressed the crowd in the restaurant and said, "I'm so honored to represent the Vietnamese-American community. Next year is the 50th anniversary of the fall of Saigon. And we'll have the first Vietnamese American US senator on the anniversary."

Donald Trump praises Hung Cao's primary campaign

Donald Trump heaped praise on Hung Cao, who since moving to the town of Purcellville has been an active member of their community and church.

He said, "More importantly [than his name], actually. He ran a great primary campaign. I endorsed him very early and he did very well. We're looking at polls that are showing us with a lead in this state, which is traditionally not necessarily for Republicans. But I'm not the average Republican… and neither are you."

During the conversation, Trump drew a comparison between Joe Biden's alleged laziness and the hard-working Vietnamese people, saying, "We are the closest to World War III we've ever been. And we have a man who just took a vacation in California and he came back today."

He further trolled Biden and said, "Where's he going? Delaware — another vacation, he's going another week. That's not the Vietnamese — they're hard-working."
