Trump gives longtime foe Robert De Niro an unexpected makeover in bizarre new post
WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump has come up with another way to needle Robert De Niro, and this time, the president did not need the actor to make a new statement first.
Instead, Trump, on Sunday, September 6, turned their familiar political clash into an image that flips their usual roles completely.
The latest post takes aim at one of Hollywood’s most vocal Trump critics with a joke that is impossible to mistake for a serious political development.
Even this jerk is beginning to get it!

Trump gives Robert De Niro a makeover
Trump’s latest Truth Social post featured a rather unusual version of Robert De Niro.
In the AI-generated image, the actor is shown holding a red shirt emblazoned with “TRUMP IS MY PRESIDENT.”
The picture is clearly fabricated, with De Niro appearing noticeably unhappy as he holds up the pro-Trump message.
That contrast is the joke. De Niro has spent years making his opposition to Trump abundantly clear, so Trump effectively created an imaginary version of the actor who has suddenly switched sides.
The president accompanied the image with a mocking caption suggesting that even one of his most outspoken critics was finally beginning to see things his way.
Trump: “When you watch Low IQ Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, as they screamed uncontrollably last night at the very elegant State of the Union…They should actually get on a boat with Trump Deranged Robert De Niro, another sick and demented person with, I believe, an extremely Low… pic.twitter.com/Vt1QveUlbH

Trump vs De Niro feud refuses to die down
The latest swipe comes after several rounds of public exchanges between the two men very recently.
In February, De Niro appeared on 'The Best People' with Nicolle Wallace and called Trump “an idiot,” before saying, “We gotta get rid of him. He’s gonna ruin the country.”
Trump responded on Truth Social on February 25, calling De Niro a “sick and demented person” with an “extremely Low IQ.”
He also accused the actor of making statements that were “seriously criminal.”
De Niro, on the other hand, was not finished.
At 'Rise Up, Sing Out: A Concert for the First Amendment' at New York’s Town Hall in June, the actor again used the stage to attack Trump.
He led the audience in a profanity-laced response aimed at the president and spoke about wanting to “love my country again.”
The video below shows Robert De Niro's remarks against Trump at the event.

The comments gave Trump another reason to keep the rivalry alive.
But rather than answer De Niro with another political argument, Trump eventually took the joke into the world of artificial intelligence.
HILARIOUS: President Trump DROPS an AI video of himself as a doctor CURING some of the most severe cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome — starring patients like Rosie O’Donnell, The View’s Whoopi Goldberg, and actor Robert De Niro.

In July, Trump shared an AI-generated video in which he appeared as 'Dr Trump', taking aim at several celebrity critics, including De Niro.
The video portrayed Trump's critics as suffering from what it called 'Trump Derangement Syndrome', turning the president’s ongoing clashes with Hollywood figures into an exaggerated parody.
