LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: GOP nominee Donald Trump launched into an odd rant concerning cows while appearing at a roundtable discussion with Latin American supporters in Las Vegas on Saturday, October 12, reported Raw Story.

The clip of the GOP nominee's rant was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by his Democratic rival Kamala Harris' campaign, which labeled his comments as "delusional."

"They just come up, they want to do things like no more cows and no windows in buildings," the former president said in the clip. "They have some wonderful plans for this country. Honestly, they're crazy."

The video was retweeted by the popular Kamala's Wins page, which captioned it, "In a stunningly senile and incoherent moment, Donald Trump is talking about how Democrats want to ban cows and windows in buildings. This is deeply unserious stuff."
