WILKES-BARRE, PENNSYLVANIA: Donald Trump claimed that his team had to "turn away 11,500 people" during the recent Pennsylvania rally as he accused Vice President Kamala Harris of sharing falsities about his rally crowd on social media.

This came after the Democratic presidential nominee's campaign trolled the former president, suggesting that attendees walked out of his rally in Wilkes-Barre because he was "rambling incoherently," as per Raw Story

Attendees apparently started to walk out of Donald Trump's Wilkes-Barre rally while he was still speaking on Saturday, August 17, as per a video shared by USA Today reporter Zac Anderson.

On X (formerly Twitter), he wrote, "Looks like people are starting to trickle out of the Wilkes-Barre Trump rally as he goes past the hour mark. There appears to be more empty seats."

The Harris campaign reshared the post, writing, "Trump’s audience is exiting as he rambles incoherently in Pennsylvania, leaving even more empty seats."

Taking to Truth Social, an agitated Trump shared, "We had to turn away lots of people yesterday in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, but Comrade Kamala Harris’ Social Media Operation showed empty seats, long before the Rally started, early in the afternoon when, in actuality, we had to turn away 11,500 people!"

He added, "She’s a Crooked Radical Left Politician, and always will be! Everything she touches turns bad, just like California, and San Francisco before it - as is the case with all Marxists."

"She should have never been Vice President, and had to stage a COUP of Joe Biden, with her America-hating friends, Barrack Hussein Obama, Crazy Nancy Pelosi, Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, and the rest," further ranted the GOP nominee.

He concluded the post, writing, "Comrade Kamala is a STONE COLD LOSER, she will FAIL and, if she doesn’t, our Country will cease to exist as we know it, turning into a Communist, Crime Ridden Garbage Dump. November 5th will be the Most Important Date in the History of the U.S.A. It’s as simple as that!"

Internet trolls Donald Trump as he claims to have 'turned away 11,500 people' during Wilkes-Barre rally

Donald Trump faced ridicule from netizens over his claims about the Wilkes-Barre rally.

One wrote, "This is someone that is so self obsessed that nothing else matters - family doesn’t matter, he has no real friends, but if he did they wouldn’t matter," while another said, "This should never be how a presidential candidate acts."

A person declared, "Sinking like the Titanic," while someone else stated, "He’s such a liar! How does he explain the empty seats one hour into him droning on?"

"His truth social account reads like the ramblings of an unhinged lunatic...unfortunately half the country likes this," expressed an individual.

One more said, "Trump is never going to change, because that would mean admitting he did something wrong. And so Donnie doubles down," whereas another person mentioned, "All right, I always said crowd size is all about Trump’s ego. But now I’m starting to think it’s just little pee pee syndrome."
