WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump once again praised White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, highlighting her fearless attitude during a campaign-style rally in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania.

He boasted to supporters about the US economy’s growth and praised Pennsylvania for its role in that success. Trump had previously lauded Leavitt during a flight on Air Force One and in an August interview with Newsmax.

During the Pennsylvania rally, Trump praised 28-year-old Leavitt, who was in attendance. “Isn't she great? Is Karoline great? You know, when she goes on television, Fox, like, I mean, they dominate."

The POTUS continued, "They dominate when she gets up there with that beautiful face and those lips that don't stop, up, up, up, like, like a little machine gun, she's got no fear."

Leavitt, born in 1997, became the youngest White House press secretary in history when she was appointed at age 27. She previously served as national press secretary for Trump’s 2024 campaign.

Trump also praised Pennsylvania, saying, “I love this state” and “Pennsylvania is prospering again.” He added, “I will not rest until the Commonwealth is wealthier and stronger than before.”

Months earlier, Trump made a notable remark about Leavitt while speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One in October. He asked, “How’s Karoline doing? Is she doing good?” Trump then added, “Should Karoline be replaced?”

When a reporter responded, “That’s up to you, sir,” Trump quickly replied, “It’ll never happen. That face… and those lips, they move like a machine gun, right?”

During an August 1 interview with Newsmax host Rob Finnerty, Trump,79, praised Leavitt, comparing her to a “machine gun” for her quick delivery and sharp intellect.

“It’s that face. It’s that brain. It’s those lips, the way they move. They move like she’s a machine gun,” Trump said. He added, “She’s great. She’s a great person, actually I don’t think anybody has ever had a better press secretary that Karoline. She’s been amazing.”

Trump previously praised Leavitt in March 2025, addressing concerns about her age.

“They said, 'sir, sir, she's just too young.' And I said, I don't know about that. She did awfully good because she did it during the campaign, and she was awfully good. She's been amazing. She just did another one just a little while ago,” he said. Referring to her age, Trump added, “How old are you? 27, right? You’re not too young. She’s knocking ’em dead."
