WASHINGTON DC: President Donald Trump issued a sharp warning to the “radical left” after being asked about the shooting at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Dallas.

Speaking from the Oval Office on September 25, Trump said the escalating political violence is being fueled by Democrats.

Trump blames 'radical left' for Dallas violence

Trump pointed directly at Democrats while linking the attack on the Dallas ICE facility to the rhetoric of the left.

He claimed the opposing side is responsible for fueling unrest and warned that conservatives were not the ones behind the violence.

“The radical left is causing the problem. They’re out of control,” Trump said when asked about political violence, including the Dallas ICE attack.

“They’re saying things, and they’re really dumb people, and I look at [Texas Democratic Rep Jasmine] Crockett, I look at some of these people that are very low-IQ people, actually,” Trump said. He added, “But the radical left is causing this problem, not the right.”

The president said the consequences of continued attacks would eventually fall on those who provoked them.

“It’s going to get worse, and ultimately it’s going to go back on them,” Trump said. “I mean, bad things happen when they play these games. And I’ll give you a little clue, the right is a lot tougher than the left. But the right’s not doing this,” Trump continued.

“They’re not doing it. And they better not get them energized, because it won’t be good for the left, and I don’t want to see that happen either. I’m the president of all the people,” Trump said.

“But the radical left is causing this. And the radical left Democrats are causing this problem, and it gets worse. It gets worse, and it’ll be a point where other people won’t take it anymore, and that will not be good for the radical left. And we don’t want that,” Trump added.

FBI Director Kash Patel details Dallas ICE shooter’s plan

Just hours before Trump’s remarks, FBI Director Kash Patel disclosed chilling details about the attack carried out by 29-year-old Joshua Jahn at the Dallas ICE facility.

Jahn killed a detainee and critically injured two others before dying of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Law enforcement officers found him on the rooftop of a nearby building with a sniper rifle. Patel revealed that Jahn had searched ballistics data and repeatedly viewed the “Charlie Kirk Shot Video” between September 23 and 24.

Investigators also recovered ammunition engraved with the phrase “Anti-ICE” in blue ink and a handwritten note that read: “Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, ‘is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?’”

In addition, officials discovered Jahn had downloaded a document titled “Dallas County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management,” which contained a list of department facilities.

Patel confirmed that the shooting involved a high degree of pre-attack planning, underscoring the deliberate nature of the assault.
