WASHINGTON, DC: Tulsi Gabbard slammed Joe Biden on various issues ahead of the November 2024 election.

The former Democratic presidential candidate, who has now left the party, claimed it's completely fair for the people of America to be worried about the President’s advancing age as well as his policies. She also accused him of playing “chicken” with nuclear-powered Russia, Fox News reports.

Tulsi Gabbard's critique of Joe Biden's foreign and economic policies

Appearing on ‘Jesse Watters Primetime’, Gabbard said, “Those who are showing concern are people who actually live in the real world. People who are understanding the consequences of Joe Biden's policies, the real world that they live in, where they have to worry about whether or not their paycheck is going to go as far as it used to.”

She continued, “Can they afford rent? Can they afford their mortgage? Groceries are costing more and more money. Maybe their kid just got sick and they don't know how they're going to afford that hospital bill."

“We look at foreign policy under the Biden administration. They see how President Biden is literally playing chicken with nuclear war with Russia; putting us closer to the prospect of direct conflict with both Russia and China.”

Asserting more on her criticism of Biden, the 43-year-old politician told Watters, “I think it's this reality that people are seeing, that come as a consequence of President Biden and his administration's policies that'll be harder to ignore as they approach their decision that they'll make at the ballot box.”

Tulsi Gabbard claims Biden administration presenting fake reality of US

During the same interview, Gabbard also accused the 81-year-old Democrat and his aides of “pushing lies”.

She alleged, “The reality that we are living in this country is what we know to be true, regardless of whatever lies they may be pushing out through their friends in the propaganda media.”

“And that reality is a very, very serious one that has to do with our economy, our well-being, our livelihood, and most importantly, our ability to live in peace and not have the prospect of war destroying us as a country, or nuclear Armageddon, which is where Biden has put us as a country, closer to that potential and possibility," Gabbard said.

Internet reacts to Tulsi Gabbard's criticism of Joe Biden

Gabbard remarks have attracted negative response online.

A critic of her wrote on X, “She voted for Biden a few years ago.”

Another critic wrote, “More commentary absolutely no one asked for.”

“Who is she?  😂😂” the third one sarcastically asked.

The fourth one stated, “So, anything less than Trump's total capitulation to Russia is now ‘playing chicken?’ Like we did successfully throughout the entire cold War? Does Russia have to pay Fox News for this kind of advertising, or does Fox just give it to them for free as a ‘public service?’”

But a supporter of her commented, “The people running the Biden Administration are not concerned with the needs and concerns of American Citizens. That is all you need to understand in November.”

A reader below the Fox News article wrote, “Trump would be wise to consider Tulsi for VP.”

“If I were Trump I would consider Tulsi for VP. The lady is smart, an excellent speaker, has common sense, and is a military veteran. I do not understand why she ran on a democratic ticket. I also like the fact that she has a mind of her own and is not just a yes person! Trump would do a lot to heal America by making her VP! America First!” the second one added.
