WASHINGTON, DC: Joe Biden reportedly did not think he was incompetent to re-run for the White House due to his old age.

In a June 4 interview with TIME, the 81-year-old leader said, as reported by CNN, “I can do it better than anybody you know.”

Biden speaks highly of himself

He also claimed, “Look, name me a president that’s gotten as much done as I’ve gotten done in my first three and a half years.”

During the interview, Biden also went on to mention his administration’s accomplishments, while stating, “When all of you wrote in Time magazine I couldn't get any of it done, when you told me there's no pay, no way, no way he can get a trillion-plus dollar bill done in terms of, to deal with infrastructure, where there's no way he gets $368 billion for dealing with the environment, where there's no way I could get the, the, the legislation passed on."

Biden accuses China of supporting Trump

However, the commander-in-chief pointed out that China, along with some other nations, is favoring Donald Trump over him.

He noted, “There is evidence that meddling is going on. I’m not going to get into it, I don’t think I should from an intelligence standpoint.”

“I think China would have an interest — let me put it like this — would have an interest in meddling. Everybody, all the bad guys are rooting for Trump, man,” Biden added.

Biden and Trump dubbed ‘too old’

Meanwhile, people have called out Biden for not considering his advancing age.

One person reportedly wrote below an article, “Trump and Biden are far too old for the rigors of this office. The current dysfunction in American politics is the only reason this unlikely matchup of very old men has become possible.”

Another commented, “Just goes to show how out of touch with reality he is. We deserve better in America.”

“‘Look, name me a president that’s gotten as much done as I’ve gotten done in my first three and a half years,’ Yeah you brought the cost of gas that was once 2.15 to 4.50 within a month of your presidency, Joe. Let alone everything else. If that's what you're referring to then yeah. You and Obama share those achievements,” a third mentioned.

A fourth noted, “If Biden wins I do not believe he would make it another 4 years mentally seeing how he acts now.”

Someone else said, “It is not his age. but his dementia.  his mental awareness sad that we have a president who is so mentally weak so lost age is not the problem but too many times he lies.  and if he lies because of his dementia makes him forget. maybe  we do need him.”

A comment read, “How is your memory? Four years ago the Dems were scrapping bottom for a candidate, Biden replied numerous times, he didn't have the will.”

Another said, “No president had done more than Biden to hurt the American people.”
