“$1 BILLION in Missed Pay!”: TSA Chief WARNS Shutdown Is Crippling U.S. Security

So far this fiscal year, TSA has been shut down 85 days, nearly 50% of the time, resulting in almost $1 billion in missed paychecks for workers.
