Iranian Missile Nearly Hits U.S. Troops at Saudi Air Base

Satellite imagery revealed an Iranian miss*le str*ke dangerously close to U.S. troops stationed at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, with smoke rising from a compound housing a THAAD miss*le defense radar system. The charred remains of a tent sheltering the radar were visible, with debris scattered across the site. Both the Pentagon and Riyadh declined to confirm whether the radar was still operational or which country owned the system. The near-miss is part of a broader wave of Iranian att*cks targeting US military infrastructure across the Gulf since Operation Epic Fury began. THAAD radar systems — worth nearly half a billion dollars each — were also str*ck in Jordan and the UAE. Six US service members have been k*lled since the conflict started, with Iran launching over 500 miss*les and 2,000 drones across nine countries in one week. CENTCOM maintained that damage has not disrupted offensive operations.
