A ring camera captured the terrifying moment the frame of a top bunk came loose, trapping a child in the bottom bed. Auora Price told Storyful she followed the instructions to put the bed together after purchasing it from Amazon, and it seemed “sturdy and fine.” “A couple days after putting it together the quality of the bed failed and my ring camera used to monitor the kids for safety reasonings caught it happen,” Price said. This footage shows the slats give way, with the mattress and its occupant falling onto the bottom bed. Price’s petrified daughter swiftly swings into action, trying to free her brother before rushing out of the room for help. Price said the children walked away unscathed, with “not even a scratch from the incident.” The footage went viral on TikTok, receiving more than 81 million views.
