“Zero Respect” Snowball Barrage Hits NYPD Officers and Patrol Vehicle in Washington Square Park

“Zero respect” on a snow day in NYC. In Washington Square Park, what started as a massive snowball fight turned into crowds attacking officers with snowballs as NYPD tried to clear the area and respond to people climbing onto a nearby building. But the visuals are hard to ignore uniforms and a marked car getting chased out of the area under a hail of snow, while the crowd cheers and keeps throwing. Police had reportedly responded after several people climbed onto a nearby building during the massive snowball fight. Once they showed up, the snowballs turned into ammo against the officers themselves.
