CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: Joe Biden is fond of his milkshake and of course, he can’t miss one if it’s from the Delaware’s Charcoal Pit!

The President shared a video on his X (formerly Twitter), talking about his special dessert, which he’s been enjoying since his high school days.

“What’s better than one triple thick, black and white milkshake after a convention speech? A second to share with a friend,” Biden captioned his post.

In the clip, he can be heard sharing, “This is a restaurant in Delaware I’ve been going to since we were in high school called the Charcoal Pit. They have the best triple thick, black and white milkshakes.”

Kamala Harris enjoyed the milkshake along with Joe Biden

Democratic presidential nominee and current US Vice President Kamala Harris can also be seen enjoying a cup of milkshake along with the Joe Biden. She gave her approval after siping, “Oh my God, this is perfect.”

Harris took the attendees of the Democratic National Convention by surprise as she appeared on stage on the first night of the event on Monday, August 19, reported MSNBC.

Greeted by thunderous applause from the crowd, Harris shared that she wanted to kick off the four-day convention by celebrating the "historic leadership" of incumbent President Biden, who was present in the audience.

Biden was seen wiping away tears on stage as the crowd gave him a standing ovation for over four minutes. The President frequently got emotional during his address as he was repeatedly interrupted by chants of "We love Joe" and "Thank you, Joe."

During his DNC speech, Biden addressed Israel's assault on Gaza, which has been one of the most divisive issues of his presidency, and shared his resolve to move for a ceasefire in the war-torn region.

"A few days ago, I put forward a proposal that brought us closer to (a ceasefire) than we’ve been since October 7. We’re working around the clock, my secretary of state, (to) prevent a wider war, reunite hostages with their families, and surge humanitarian, health, and food assistance into Gaza now to end the civilian suffering of the Palestinian people and finally, finally, finally, deliver a ceasefire and end this war!” he said.
