LITTLETON, COLORADO: Lauren Boebert was blasted by her Democrat opponent Trisha Calvarese over their debate in Littleton.

On Tuesday, September 3, the two rivals shot at each other during the event held at Ravenna Golf Club. The event was organized by Douglas County Economic Development Corporation.



 

What did Trisha Calvarese say on Boebert?

Trisha Calvarese posted the clip from the debate on X, and captioned, “Lauren Boebert melted down on the debate stage today.”

She added, “Whether it was floundering to try to defend her disgraceful record on Veterans or having no explanation as to why she missed crucial house votes, she was held accountable for her extremism.”

The Democratic hopeful also accused Boebert of having "disrespected veterans," working against lowering the cost of critical prescription drugs," and "missing critical votes" related to the national debt.



 

Calverese, on the subject of the PACT Act, concerning former service personnel said, "I think if you're going to be America first, you can't put veterans last," reports Newsweek.

To which Boebert replied, "When it comes to our veterans, I've absolutely put them first. I have six amendments that have brought funding to our veterans."

Netizens slam Lauren Boebert over her weak stand on Colorado policies

The internet joined Trisha Calvarese in ridiculing Republican Lauren Boebert over their debate in the built-up to upcoming elections. Many called her inefficient and called her to be voted out.

One user commented on the clip of Boebert debate on X, "The only way to hold her accountable is to vote her out and send her home permanently. One less chaos agent near the levers of power."

"Let's get rid of Lauren Boebert once and for all. Not only is she an embarrassment to our state, but also to our nation. Please join me and donate/volunteer to her Democratic opponent," a second user shared.

A supporter expressed, "You are the right choice Trisha. Excellent job holding her to account on her votes."

"Republicans must not know the concept of study groups when confronted with reading volumes of proposed laws and programs to help Americans. We need members of Congress who know how to govern and get things done. Clearly, Lauren Boebert is not in that category," another user slammed.

A person questioned Boebert, "She was NOT held accountable for anything thanks to the voters in Colorado."
