Investigators to examine crash
The National Transportation Safety Board is expected to take charge of the probe, working alongside the Federal Aviation Administration to determine what caused the aircraft to go down.
The impact sent a powerful blast through the Greenacres neighborhood, with residents reporting that they heard the explosion from a considerable distance.
Some said the boom was followed by an interruption in electricity, while others recalled hearing emergency vehicles arrive shortly afterwards.
Questions have also emerged over whether the jet encountered electrical infrastructure before hitting the ground.
Unverified claims shared online alleged that it struck a power line near a trailer park, while reports from the area mentioned electrical wires lying on the ground.
However, officials had not established whether the lines were damaged by the aircraft or played any part in the crash.
