NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On May 1, Alyssa Farah Griffin, the former White House communications director under Donald Trump, brought up a concerning issue for President Joe Biden.

She suggested that there is a genuine possibility that Biden could lose the election to Trump in November.

Griffin's analysis of presidential election dynamics

As a co-host on 'The View,' Griffin expressed some concerns about the upcoming presidential election.

She initially suggested that the hush money trial involving the presumptive GOP presidential nominee former President Donald Trump could "hurt him," pointing out that it has diverted his focus from the campaign trail to the courtroom.

“I’m startin’ to think that it doesn’t in the same way, because he’s [Trump] not out there saying crazy things. He’s not saying, ‘Immigrants are poisoning our blood.’ He actually has to kinda sit there silently with his hands folded,” Griffin said.

“So what people are seeing when they turn on the media — not that crazy Timepiece we read yesterday about all the horrifying things he’s gonna do in a second term — they see violence and they see protests on college campuses,” she added.

Griffin then said, “They see young people calling Joe Biden ‘Genocide Joe’ and it scares people, whether you’re from a law and order perspective, whether you’re on the fence about Biden.”

Griffin made these remarks within 24 hours of counter-protesters assaulting pro-Palestinian demonstrators at UCLA and Columbia University, where police were deployed to disperse protesters advocating for divestment from Israel on the night of April 30.

She also pointed out the potential for Biden to gain support from swing voters and moderate Republicans, underscoring the realistic possibility of this scenario.
