WASHINGTON, DC: Conspiracy theorist and right-wing commentator Alex Jones sounded the alarm on Wednesday, August 21, claiming President Donald Trump is “declining faster and faster” and could be headed for a serious health “collapse.”

The warning came shortly after Trump made a striking comment on 'Fox & Friends', reflecting on mortality and his hopes for the afterlife, “If I can save 7,000 people a week from being killed, I think that’s pretty– I want to try to get to heaven if possible, I’m hearing that I’m not doing well. I am really at the bottom of the totem pole. But if I can get to heaven, this will be one of the reasons."

Alex Jones raises concerns about Donald Trump's health

Alex Jones raised concerns about Donald Trump’s health in a lengthy monologue on Wednesday, joining others who interpreted the president’s remarks as a sign he may be confronting serious health issues.

“He’s 79. He’s been through nine years of hell. Look what four years does to other presidents. They age incredibly fast,” Jones said. “And so he’s on a lot of the time, but like a light bulb that’s starting to go out, it gets brighter, it gets dim, it goes in and out. And so I’m gonna be talking about that today.”

Jones went on to claim that Trump has “extremely swollen ankles” and dismissed past speculation about dementia during Trump’s first term, calling him “a bull.” Still, he urged Trump to begin delegating more.

Jones added, "But I’m going to talk about this today because I want to make it an issue. And I want Trump to understand as much as he wants to get his agenda through, he has to delegate."

Alex Jones argues Donald Trump needs to reconsider his workload

Alex Jones argued that Donald Trump needs to scale back his workload, suggesting the president limit his days to 14 hours instead of pushing through 20.

As an example, Jones pointed to a recent trip to Alaska, where Trump reportedly endured a grueling 35-hour stretch packed with interviews, travel, and public appearances.

“And he was seen doing interviews, and getting on and off airplanes and things in a 35-hour period. And every hour or so, he was doing some interview, or talking to officials, and doing meetings and events. It looks like he didn’t sleep,” Jones said. “You can’t do that at 50. You can do it at 20. You sure as hell can’t do it at 79."

Alex Jones details Donald Trump's visible signs of strain

Alex Jones then turned to Trump’s physical condition, claiming there are visible signs of strain. “I see this headline and I go, let me go actually watch him say this, and sure enough he did. And I know some of the inside baseball that really hasn’t been talked about. Yeah, and you see a little swelling there.” he said.

He continued, "If you pull up the ankles from Alaska, they’re — this a straight on shot? They are big. They are swollen. I mean, they are like really big. I mean they look like, my neck’s 19 and a half inches, about like that. His ankles look like they’re about 15 inches around. That’s not a good sign for the heart, and the rest of the body, because the rest of him, he’s lost weight, he’s not that fat."

He added, “So, Trump really needs to exercise and take care of himself. Yeah, that’s, that’s, that’s not good. For anybody that you’ve known that’s having heart problems, that’s not good right there, okay? And they’re getting bigger and bigger.”

Jones didn’t stop there. “I think—no, I believe—we have a crisis,” he said. “You talk about in the zone, folks. It’s fair to say that Trump is unconscious basically for periods of the day now. Cause there have been times when I’m totally exhausted operating on adrenaline, up for two days. And I make pretty good decisions, sometimes even better than when I am conscious. But I think back and I can’t remember what I did.”

Despite praising Trump’s sharpness during daytime diplomatic events, Jones claimed the decline becomes obvious later in the day. “So it’s late at night, he sounds like he’s drunk. He doesn’t drink obviously, he’s exhausted. And then it is early in the morning, he doesn’t sound too hot,” Jones observed.

He concluded with a warning, “And you know, I’m not on my best when I first wake up either. I don’t think any of us are. So, this is a serious situation. And this is just one of many things I’ve been hearing and seeing him do that send up red flags.”
