Ariana Grande shares guide for fans to urge senators to block $10B ICE funding
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ariana Grande reportedly wants her fans and followers to be safe and become part of the anti-Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) movement.
The singer-songwriter has been vocal about ICE crackdown and the way the Trump administration is handling it. On Tuesday, January 27, Grande took to her Instagram Stories where she posted a guideline for her followers so that they can inform their senators about ICE and its unjustified actions.
Ariana Grande wants people to record ICE crackdown
The first slide of the post by the 32-year-old read, “The easiest guide to calling your senators about ICE (with a script)...”
In the next slide, the message said, “NYC DEPORTATION DEFENSE HOTLINE. If you see ICE snap a picture and call or text +1 (229) 304-8720. Give us as much information as possible! We will alert the neighborhood.”
Ariana Grande agrees with Zohran Mamdani's post calling for ICE's abolishment
This was not the first time Grande has posted something against ICE. A few days back, she reshared New York City Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani’s post after Alex Pretti was killed by a Border Patrol agent in Minnesota on January 24.
The 37-year-old ICU nurse was the second US citizen, after Renee Good, to be killed by the federal official. Good was fatally shot on January 7.
Both killings have been justified by the Trump administration while posing the two individuals as threats.
As tens of thousands across America protest the violence that ICE sows with impunity, federal agents shot and killed another person in Minneapolis today.⁰⁰ICE terrorizes our cities. ICE puts us all in danger. Abolish ICE.

The original post of Mamdani read, “As tens of thousands across America protest the violence that ICE sows with impunity, federal agents shot and killed another person in Minneapolis today.”
“ICE terrorizes our cities. ICE puts us all in danger. Abolish ICE,” it added.
ICE actions called 'unconscionable' by celebs
The ‘Wicked’ star was, however, not the only celebrity to speak against ICE.
Singer Olivia Rodrigo shared on Instagram, “ICEs actions are unconscionable but we are not powerless. Our actions matter. I stand with Minnesota.”
Chrissy Teigen reposted Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s message on her Instagram Stories. It read, “Americans are being killed in the street by their government. Our Constitution is being shredded and our rights are dissolving. Resist. Senate Dems should block ICE funding this week. Activate the National Guard. We can and must stop this.”
Teigen re-shared another post of the politician, which said, “We have a responsibility to protect Americans from tyranny. DHS just shot a man in broad daylight two weeks after they shot a mother in the face without consequence. They need our votes to continue. We cannot give it to them. Every Senator should vote NO.”
