Cardi B and Lady Gaga joined Bad Bunny for the Super Bowl LX halftime show, with additional guest appearances from Pedro Pascal, Ricky Martin, and Karol G. This was not the rapper's first time performing during the Super Bowl, as he previously appeared as a guest artist during Jennifer Lopez and Shakira’s Super Bowl LIV halftime show in 2020.
During the halftime performance, several celebrities were seen onstage throughout different segments. In the “casita” segment, meaning a house-party setting, the performance took on a more intimate and celebratory feel.
While Bad Bunny performed 'TK,' he was joined by Cardi B and Karol G with the latter previously being featured with Bad Bunny on her 2017 song 'Ahora me llama.' Lady Gaga delivered a Latin-styled rendition of 'Die With a Smile' and later in the performance, Ricky Martin serenaded the Super Bowl LX audience.
Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance sparks cultural and political reactions
Five days before Bad Bunny's performance, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem criticized the NFL for its decision to feature him. “They suck, and we’ll win,” Noem told podcast host Benny Johnson after being asked what message she wanted to send to the league.
She further said, “They won’t be able to sleep at night because they don’t know what they believe. And they’re so weak, we’ll fix it.”

As the game kicked off, President Donald Trump also shared a message on Truth Social stating, “Enjoy the Super Bowl, America! Our Country is stronger, bigger, and better than ever before and, THE BEST IS YET TO COME! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP.”
Support for Bad Bunny came from fellow artists and performers. Katy Perry, who headlined the Super Bowl halftime show in 2015, encouraged Bad Bunny through social media, urging him to “remind the world what the real American dream looks like.”
This message followed Bad Bunny’s historic Grammy win for the song, 'Debí Tirar Más Fotos,' which became the first all-Spanish-language album to win Album of the Year.
