Battle for Donald Trump Jr and Kimberly Guilfoyle’s $15M waterfront home could be a sore spot amid split
JUPITER, FLORIDA: The lavish waterfront mansion that Donald Trump Jr shared with his ex-fiancee Kimberly Guilfoyle could become a sore spot between the former couple who recently split.
Notably, the former lovebirds bought the home in Jupiter, Florida, a 30-minute drive from Mar-a-Lago, in 2021, according to Daily Mail. However, with the two parting ways, what happens to the $15 million Admiral's Cove property is in question.
Trump Jr and Kimberly Guilfoyle set for bitter $15 million battle
Donald Trump Jr and Kimberly Guilfoyle purchased the property as tenants where each owns a certain percentage which they can sell, transfer, or mortgage without the other’s permission making for a messy confrontation.
A confidante told the outlet, "I doubt Kimberly relishes the idea of Don Jr moving his new flame into the home that she worked so hard on. And to be honest, I am not sure that Bettina would want to move into the home that Don lived in with Kimberly."
Moreover, Guilfoyle is believed to have been staying at the mansion since the couple parted ways. However, since she is set to become the US ambassador to Greece in the coming months, she will need to live full-time in Athens.
Meanwhile, Trump Jr has been spending nights at new love Bettina Anderson's relatively modest three-bedroom home in West Palm Beach which she bought for $428,000 in 2014, per Daily Mail.
Notably, Trump Jr and Guilfoyle bought the six-bed, 11-bath home for $ 9.7 million in March 2021, two months after his father left the White House and it is now valued at more than $15 million by real estate sites.
The former couple moved in amid much fanfare and fears among some neighbors that Trump Jr would bring security problems – even though it is in a 188-home gated community.
Donald Trump Jr says he and Kimberly will 'never stop caring for each other'
Donald Trump Jr recently claimed that he and Kimberly Guilfoyle "will never stop caring for each other." In a statement to Page Six on December 13, Trump Jr said, "Kimberly and I will never stop caring for each other and will always keep a special bond."
He added, "I could not be more proud of her and the important role she’ll continue to play in my father‘s administration," as he referred to his father naming the former Fox News host the US ambassador to Greece.
Moreover, he went on to defend Guilfoyle against negative media reports about her, saying, "Anyone taking baseless and petty fake news cheap shots at her in the tabloids are just embarrassing themselves."
He also called her "a leader of the MAGA movement" and added that Greece is lucky to have her.
