Bunnie Xo responds after Bailee Ann's viral livestream comments
On the TikTok livestream, Bailee spoke to followers about the recent divorce, insisting that "nobody cheated" during the marriage. She remarked, "Period. [Get] out of my comments, my DMs, my live with that, I don't care, I don't want to talk about it."
She then insisted that people "have no idea what happened, and wait 'til y'all find out," and continued, "The internet in totality is about to crumble the day that I open my mouth. It's not a difference in opinions. Nobody else lived in it. So don't even. I'm for real so done."
A few days later, Bunnie, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, addressed the comments while replying to a fan on TikTok. "Nothing to clear up," she wrote, adding, "She didn't say anything lol ppl just wanna run with a narrative."
The 46-year-old further said, "Love my baby forever," referring to her stepdaughter. Bailee had previously also addressed the family situation in a cryptic TikTok video in June, writing over a selfie, "Oh & one more thing I am disgusted at how invested everyone is in a very clearly private family matter. It's crazy."
"Go on somewhere yall," she added, "Worry bout your house- not mine. I'm not speaking on it - yet."
Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo finalize divorce while remaining focused on the future
Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, filed for divorce from Bunnie on May 18 in Williamson County, Tennessee, after 10 years of marriage. Court documents listed their date of separation as May 9 and cited irreconcilable differences as the grounds for divorce.
According to the settlement, the former couple divided their homes, cars, an aircraft and their intellectual properties. Jelly Roll also agreed to make a one-time confidential lump-sum payment to her, meaning there will be no alimony claims made in court.
"There was never any desire to drag the process out," a source previously told PEOPLE, adding, "They both wanted to handle the divorce with respect for one another."
The source added that Jelly Roll "is a very generous person by nature and wanted to make sure the divorce was handled fairly and respectfully," while also sharing that the singer is "doing really well following the split. He's focused on his tour and his health. He's in a good place."
Bunnie Xo broke her silence on the divorce during the June 18 episode of the 'Dumb Blonde' podcast, revealing that it would be settled within three weeks and stressing that they still planned to have a baby together.
"We're going to co-parent together. J is my best friend. Like, this isn't what you guys think this is," Bunnie said, adding, "Nobody cheated on the other person. It's literally just we served our purpose for each other."
