NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former President Donald Trump has made his way to the headlines on December 19 as Colorado's Supreme Court has removed him from the 2024 presidential ballot, citing an insurrection clause in the US Constitution, reported BBC.

It was also noted that this is the “first time” that Section 3 of the Constitution's 14th Amendment has been used to disqualify a presidential candidate.

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity also took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to talk about the same and how the former President is “off the ballot” in Colorado, and the internet had a lot to say about the same.

As soon as the news broke out, On X, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity wrote, “OFF THE BALLOT: Colorado Supreme Court Has Barred Trump from Primary Ballot.”



 

Attached to this was an article from Hannity’s official website that shared more details about the situation which continued to develop as it splattered all over the headlines.

Hannity’s website talked about how The Colorado Supreme Court has barred former President and “2024 GOP frontrunner” Donald Trump from the state’s presidential primary ballot next year, which is less than a less a year away.

The focus of the report remained on the court which cited the “US Constitution’s insurrection clause.”
