MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers in Minneapolis appeared to threaten a man who said he was going to his home on Sunday, January 11.

The ICE agents referenced the incident involving 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good, who was shot to death by an ICE officer during a raid in Minneapolis last Wednesday, WGTC reported.

ICE agent tells man 'you are impeding operations'

A video posted to Reddit showed two Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents confronting a man on Sunday while he was sitting in his vehicle. One agent shouted, “Sir! This is a warning!” as he punched the man’s vehicle window.

“Stop f****ng following us! You are impeding operations! This is the United States federal government!” the ICE agent said. The driver was heard responding, “I live over here. I got to get to my house,” but the officer replied, “This is your warning!”

The man then said, “I serve the Lord; go to church,” prompting the ICE agent to threaten him by saying, “I will arrest you!” Another agent was heard telling the man, “Don’t make a bad decision.”

Meanwhile, the resident added, “I serve the Lord. Not a draft-dodging coward,” and continued, “Let these people go to church. Let these people serve the Lord and worship.” Following his remarks, the first officer said, “You’re not going to like the outcome of this, sir. I guarantee that... Did you not learn from what just happened?”

The man asked the ICE officer, “Learn what? I serve the Lord, not a draft-dodging coward. I can’t believe you’d take orders from a draft dodger,” to which one of the officers replied, “Make America safe again, brother.” The driver agreed, saying, “Always!”

DHS releases traffic-blocking video of Renee Nicole Good

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Sunday released a new three-minute video showing Renee Good blocking traffic during an ICE operation. Officials said the footage challenges Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey’s assertion that Good was clearly trying to leave the scene before she was fatally shot earlier this month.

The clip, posted on X in direct response to Frey’s call for the public to “watch the video” for themselves, comes amid fierce national debate over the January 7 shooting and sharply conflicting accounts from local and federal leaders.

The video shows Renee Good’s Honda Pilot parked sideways on a quiet Minneapolis street as a car horn blares. Another SUV, believed to be an ICE vehicle, is seen squeezing past the Pilot along the curb, while several other cars also maneuver around it. ICE agents walk through the scene as the phone video pans back and forth.

The clip ends just before agents reach Good’s vehicle, moments before she attempted to drive forward and was shot and killed by an ICE agent.

Federal officials posted the video on social media with the caption, “For more than 3 minutes, the anti-ICE agitator impeded a law enforcement operation with her vehicle.”
