SCRANTON, PENNSYLVANIA: During a recent rally in Scranton, Pennsylvania, former president Donald Trump dropped some wild remarks about women.

At the rally, Trump made it clear he was not interested in polishing his reputation. Addressing his supporters, he shared an anecdote when someone advised him to tone it down a bit for the sake of appealing to women.

"I don't want to be nice. Someone said, 'You should be nicer, women won't like it.' I said, 'I don't care.' No, they say that. A guy came up to me today and said, 'Sir, you really should be nicer to her. The women won't like it,'" he told his supporters as they booed the statement.

Trump didn’t just stop there. He painted a grim picture of America’s future if he doesn’t return to the White House. "Kamala will deliver a 1929-style depression," he warned, reviving one of his earlier claims that Joe Biden's administration would bring economic disaster.

On the flip side, he promised his audience that if he wins in November, it would be “the four greatest years in the history of our country.”

Social media trolls Donald Trump over his remarks

Of course, Trump's critics on social media slammed him for saying he didn't care about being "nice" to women.

"Donald cares only about himself," one posted on X.

"He can’t be nice. He is a disgustingly nasty person," a second user wrote.

"Women will show you on Nov 5," read a comment.

"This is why women voting for Trump makes me gag," someone else chimed in.

"Donald Trump is a very sick person, and desperately in need of our prayers," another offered.

This isn’t the first time Trump has brought up women. In a previous appearance on 'The Ingraham Angle,' he claimed that women are some of his biggest fans. "I say to the women, and I think I do very well with the women. It's a lot of fake polling because I say, 'I will keep you safe,'" he bragged to the host Laura Ingraham.

He also remarked on Kamala Harris and 'The View' co-hosts. After Harris appeared on the show, Trump slammed all of them, OK! Magazine reported.

“Lyin’ Kamala, who is being exposed as a ‘dummy’ every time she does a show, just stated to the degenerates on The View that she would have done nothing different than Crooked Joe Biden, the WORST PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES,” he said of Harris and the group.

Trump added, “The Lamestream Media doesn’t want to pick up the story, the dumb women on the show wish they never asked her the question that led to that Election Defying answer, but the Internet is going WILD.”

Trump goes on various tangents at Pennsylvania rally

Trump also used his rally as an opportunity to bash Harris’ past stances on energy policies. At one point, he bluntly declared, "Wind is b******t," earning cheers from the crowd. “Kamala will crush the electricity grid of the United States. But we will not let her do it,” he said.

To drive his point home, Trump even played clips on a big screen showing Harris endorsing the Green New Deal and opposing fracking back in 2019 when she was running for president. This led to even more boos and jeers from the audience. Of course, Harris has since reversed her position on fracking, but Trump wasn’t going to let that slide.

The official theme of Trump’s rally was supposed to focus on the economy, but true to form Trump veered into a variety of tangents. He ranted about poll numbers showing him trailing Harris, dismissing them as "fake" and claiming that he’s ahead.

The former president also resurrected one of his favorite themes: accusing the Democrats of planning to "cheat like hell." Trump even suggested that Harris orchestrated a "coup" to push

Biden out of the race and speculated that the President now "hates her almost as much as he hates me." He wrapped up by predicting there would be “an explosion” between Biden and Harris before Election Day.
