PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Donald Trump launched a verbal attack against his political opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, who has become a frequent target of his criticism.

During an interview with radio host Hugh Hewitt, the former president made a series of inflammatory comments directed at Harris, who is also running for president, questioning her intelligence and fitness for office.

Donald Trump calls Kamala Harris 'a low IQ individual'

In the conversation with Hewitt on Monday, October 7, Trump did not hold back his feelings about Kamala Harris, calling her a "low IQ individual" and "a stupid person."

"She doesn't lie in a complicated way because her mind doesn't work that way," he said during the interview.

"She's not a smart person. She's a stupid person. We can't have a stupid person as our president," Trump added.

This latest verbal attack adds to a growing list of the Republican presidential candidate’s derogatory remarks about Harris, signaling that Trump views her as a significant political rival in the upcoming election.

Donald Trump's criticism of Kamala Harris' border policy and immigration claims

Donald Trump also criticized Kamala Harris' stance on immigration and border security, a key issue in both his past presidency and his current campaign.

He accused the vice president of being clueless about the realities of the southern border, using inflated claims to paint her policies as dangerous.

“When you look at the things that she proposes, they’re so far off she has no clue," said Trump.

"How about allowing people to come to an open border, 13,000 of which were murderers," he added.

The 78-year-old politician went on to assert, without evidence, that many of the people crossing the border were "murderers" and that "a lot of bad genes" were entering the country.

He further claimed that 425,000 criminals had come into the US due to Harris’ policies, according to OK Magazine.

Internet mocks Donald Trump for calling Kamala Harris a 'low IQ individual'

After Donald Trump labeled Kamala Harris a "low IQ individual" and called her a "stupid person," netizens mocked the former president's remarks.

One user on X wrote, "Trump is the lowest IQ inhabitant the White House ever saw." Another added, "If she's so dumb why won't he debate her again?"

"Dollars to donuts trump has heard every one of these things about himself and is parroting them back to Hugh," a netizen commented. One remarked, "So he's admitting he lies finally! Just because he 'swerves' when telling his lies and builds on them, doesn't make it ok. He really is obsessed with this I.Q. thing. I think he's afraid of being found out."

"Trump lies in complicated ways because he’s a sociopath and that’s all he does. He’s always projecting. Every word is an admission. EVERY WORD," an individual opined. Another tweeted, "Love how he disqualifies himself by his own personal standard of the qualities a president must have. His description has such accurate detail that it’s one of the only times he’s shown such self-awareness."
