WASHINGTON, DC: Just hours after announcing a ceasefire between Iran and Israel, President Donald Trump posted a video that cheerfully sings 'bomb bomb bomb Iran.’

The video, shared on the President’s Truth Social account on Wednesday, June 25, featured a compilation of B-2 stealth fighter jets dropping dozens of bombs at different places, according to the Hill.

This post followed Trump’s order of Operation Midnight Hammer, a military campaign that deployed over 125 aircraft to destroy three of Iran’s key nuclear sites.

The commander-in-chief shared the video montage of B-2 bombers alongside the 1980s parody song 'Bomb Iran' by Vince Vance and the Valiants.

The song is believed to parody the Regents’ 1961 chart-topper 'Barbara Ann.' Its lyrics include lines such as 'bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb bomb Iran,' 'Went to a mosque, gonna throw some rocks,' and 'Ol’ Uncle Sam’s getting pretty hot, time to turn Iran into a parking lot.'

It was originally composed in 1979, the same year 52 Americans were held hostage in Iran for 444 days after Iranian revolutionaries stormed the US Embassy in Tehran, according to the Irish Star.

The parody song previously gained notoriety when late Senator John McCain was criticized for reciting its lyrics during his 2007 presidential campaign.

Trump’s post is not the only unconventional reaction amid the growing conflict.

Earlier this week, Iranian state TV aired a Lego-style animation showing a cartoon version of Trump eating a cheeseburger while speaking with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The animation ended with the message: “We control the game.”

Donald Trump lashes out at Iran and Israel for violating the ceasefire

After 12 days of deadly conflict between Iran and Israel, Trump declared a ceasefire was “in effect” and, as of June 24 afternoon, it appeared to be holding.

However, the truce was soon violated as both sides launched fresh missile strikes.

Following the violation, a visibly frustrated Trump criticized both nations harshly, saying the two countries "don't know what the f*** they're doing."

"I'm not happy with Israel. You know, when I say, okay, now you have 12 hours, you don't go out in the first hour and just drop everything you have on them. So I'm not happy with them. I'm not happy with Iran either, but I'm really unhappy if Israel is going out this morning," Trump said, according to Fox News

"We basically have two countries that have been fighting for so long and so hard that they don't know what the **** they're doing,” he lashed out before adding, "I’m gonna see if I can stop it.”
